We encourage a minimum of 30 days for large custom orders to ensure all customization options are still viable; however, we are happy to work within shorter time frames.
Once your gift design is approved, full payment is required for the order to be confirmed and product to be ordered.
Certain products require minimum orders. Our design team will work with you to develop a gift design that works within your budget and quantity needs.
